My name is Megan,
I am a professional certified yoga instructor.

I am a certified yoga instructor that has been teaching mindful movements for over 7 years. The styles I teach include: Vinyasa, Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series Short Form, Yin (restorative), and Trauma Awareness (body mindfulness). I have previously taught at: University of Michigan - Student Sports, University of Michigan - SAPAC (Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness), University of Michigan - MHealthy, Crunch Fitness, Dexter Health and Wellness, as well as personal lessons. I am as passionate now as I was when I first started since I enjoy helping others realize the benefits of connecting their mind and body through these movements.
